Junior and Angela Everett

We are Ken and Katie Hauck from Vonore, Tennessee. We moved to Tennessee from Illinois about three years ago. We have nine beautiful children, six of whom still live in our home. We have a lot of experience in property -management and are excited to take on this new adventure.

We would also like to introduce to you our good friends, Junior and Angela Everett, who will be the new full-time managers. They’re from Maryville, Tennessee and will be dedicated to working with us in this vision.

Kim and Rolando established one of the nicest properties we’ve ever seen. Our intentions are to take what they have already built and continue on with the same level of enthusiasm. We plan to expand campsites, enhance the facilities, and maintain the overall appearance to keep it in excellent condition. We welcome any ideas and comments.
